The bed quickly becomes a source of discomfort, leading to back pain after a few nights. Room temperature control is inconsistent. I woke up at 24 degrees one night, and later nights felt much cooler without effective adjustments. Parking is a mess, with limited spots available and no extra beds for kids despite prior requests. Additionally, the restaurant wasn’t open on Saturday, negating promised dining options such as free kids’ meals.

Recommended for families looking for comfort
We had a lovely stay here! The staff was friendly and specifically helped us secure an extra night with ease during a busy weekend. We were really impressed with the room's cleanliness and the mountain view was breathtaking—a perfect end to our days out. The kids enjoyed the self-driving to various attractions, making it convenient for us as a family.
It was rather pricey for what we got but not too outrageous.

Couple getaway special
Our stay was really nice, the room was super clean and modern with comfy beds. Staff was unbelievably friendly and helpful, especially when we needed tips for local spots. The space was toasty! Perfect for winter nights! !

Fantastic stay with fab staff
Me and my partner had an awesome time here! Check-in was super smooth, thanks to Karolina, she was so friendly and had great tips for fun stuff to do. Our room was nice and clean. The breakfast had a killer spread. Only bummer was that parking filled up quickly. Still, would totally recommend it!
